We are excited to share another finished project with you! The Christoper Lane Living Room!

This one has been a long time coming and we are just thrilled to share it with you all! For this home we went with an elevated, traditional look with just the right amount of modern. Our clients have three children and even though they wanted this space to be kid friendly, they also wanted it to be sophisticated and not sacrifice on the overall vision they had for the space.

By adding some rustic wood beams to add more character and warmth to the space, it not only draws your eyes up to to this beautiful vaulted ceiling. it gives the room an extra layer of coziness.

The homeowner already owned these beautiful blue velvet chairs that we were in love with, so we layered in soft neutral hues to highlight and compliment these beautiful pieces. By adding in touches of black with the mantle mirror and metal coffee table legs, it anchored the space and tied in the deep rich colors throughout.

A modern cream and wood performance fabric sofa and creamy butterscotch leather sofa lended a modern sophistication to the space and the extra bonus was, they were also kid friendly.

To give the room a more formal, upscale entertaining feel, we added a texturized marble coffee table that instantly elevated the room and gave just the right amount of luxury.

I have to say, the harlequin jute rug is one of my absolute favorite pieces in this room! I’m in love with the pattern and the versatility of this rug. You can dress it up or down.
