The Ironwood Project: Office Reveal

The Ironwood Project: Office Reveal

This week we are back with a very exciting office reveal from the Ironwood Project! This was such an exciting design process because this was actually a brand new construction project, which means we started with a blank slate. It was so incredible to work on this project from start to finish and we are thrilled to share the reveal with you all today!

shelf decor in office

We were lucky enough to have a large window that provided plenty of natural lighting for the room. The built in book shelf behind the desk is the star of this office. We painted it an organic neutral color called, Fieldstone by Benjamin Moore, which has the slightest bit of green undertone. Of course we knew that this was going to be used as the main office space and our clients would need somewhere to store their work. Cabinets at the bottom of the book case were added to strategically conceal papers, printers, shredders and all other office supplies to keep the office looking clean and organized, which allowed for the book case shelves themselves to house decor items to reflect our clients style. It’s important that your office space is functional, but also has some personality as well.

This cozy corner of the Ironwood office is perfect for family members to stop in, take a seat and chit chat during the work day. We utilized every square inch of real estate in here without making it feel too tight or cluttered. The icing on the cake was the elegant artisanal lotus-flower wallpaper, that elevated this entire room and we are mildly obsessed with it.

Desk

Mixing styles, keeps a space from looking stale or too cookie cutter. In here we incorporated a modern pendant, that gave the space dimension and a more collected look. And how awesome is this desk? If a space is feeling too cold, wood will always warm it up. The light wood desk is feminine and adds just the right amount of warmth to the space.

We had such a great time working on the Ironwood Office. We hope you enjoyed this reveal as much as we enjoyed doing it!
